Article 6: Initial share capital of the JVC
[1] The share capital of the JVC at time of registration thereof {the "Initial Share Capital") shall be the Rial 10.000.000 counter-value of Euro 250 divided into [10] common registered shares each of a par value of Rial 1,000,000
